How is the price of the new car determined?

AutoInvoice works in agreement with its dealer partners to determine a ‘bottom line' price that will be presented to you in your proposal. This price is always derived from the invoice and in most cases represents a 1-2% up charge for dealer gross profit. We will show you the exact invoice price and retail price as well as the incentives that exist on your desired make and model. In all cases, you'll see the cost of the vehicle and the profit margin the dealer will be making.

Do I pay AutoInvoice for the car I'm buying?

No, AutoInvoice is the facilitator of your sale or lease and we are not acting as the agent for the consumer. Your check will be paid to the dealer who has the inventory of your requested vehicle.

How does AutoInvoice make money?

AutoInvoice collects a monthly fee from our partner dealers to be part of the AutoInvoice program. AutoInvoice does not charge you a fee!

What is the AutoInvoice guarantee?

We want for you to be 100% satisfied with our service and you are under no obligation to purchase the vehicle we have quoted you on. We also guarantee that you will receive a copy of the actual invoice at the time of delivery. We do this to make sure you know you are getting a great deal on the vehicle you're buying and it allows you to validate the information we presented you is accurate.

How does AutoInvoice guarantee that the vehicle I select will be available?

Our dealer partners will do their best to reserve the vehicle you have selected. Unfortunately, It is possible that the vehicle is sold prior to your scheduled appointment. Once you find the vehicle you desire at our bottom-line pricing, it is important to schedule the test drive as quick as possible to ensure your name goes on the vehicle!

Do I have to go to the dealership?

Yes, you do need to go to dealership but under pleasant circumstances. Your AutoInvoice agent will greet you there so that you can inspect and test drive the vehicle you have selected. Most of your paperwork will be completed in advance so that all signatures can be obtained in a timely manner. It is our goal that the entire process at delivery can be completed in 60 minutes or less!

Do I have to deal with salespeople at the dealership?

No. Our process ensures that the ‘negotiation' is done over the Internet. By the time you reach the dealership, you already know exactly what you will be paying for the exact vehicle you have selected and you will be working with an AutoInvoice specialist who is fully apprised on you request.

What's the catch? This sound too good to be true.

There is no catch. AutoInvoice is simply using the Internet to allow you to buy a car they way you should be able to buy a car with full price transparency, no gimmicks and no games.

Will I be hounded by phone calls and emails by several different dealer sales people?

No, you will only have contact with AutoInvoice and this is only after you have found the right vehicle at the right price online! Most vehicle search sites you encounter online are usually nothing more than 3rd party referral sites. This means, they collect your personal information and sell your information to multiple dealers who will be fighting to get you on to their showroom floor. At AutoInvoice, everything is upfront including our inventory, invoice pricing and AutoInvoice guaranteed pricing you can count on.
